Hand resting on the ball, fingers pointing forward.<br \/>\n\u2022 Movement: Push into the ground with your hands until the buttocks are lifted (one hand is unstable on the ball, the other is stable on the ground).<br \/>\n\u2022 Tip # 1: Remember to push on the ball instead of lifting your shoulder for successful exercise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tip # 2: You can use a soccer or volley ball. Balloons that are too soft will add more difficulty in execution.<br \/>\n\u2022 3 x 5 repetitions \/ arm.
